Head to Langano Skies for Ethiopian food, which takes a bit of explaining if you’ve never had it before (dishes are served with Injera, a sourdough crepe that you use as a utensil). Luckily, Langano staff is accustomed to guiding people through ordering. Our advice: order the Kitfo. This finely chopped lean beef, served with Ethiopian-style cottage cheese to curb the spice, is best ordered lightly cooked, or rare for the adventurer.
