A new face in Edmonton's dining scene, Rodeo Burger is opening up the "fast casual" market. Each burger is nearly a quarter pound of 100-per-cent Angus beef, cooked to perfection, moist and tasty, while the bun is fresh and lofty. The fixings also set it apart. A Western burger ($5.69, plus $4 for a soft drink and fries) includes house-made Rodeo Sauce, southwest sauce, sautéed mushrooms, thick slices of bacon, chunky guacamole, green chilies and caramelized onions. It's a messy feed, but worth the extra napkins.
